Ingredients
- Package Golden Oreos
- White chocolate
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 container thawed whipped topping
- Microwave the white chocolate in a medium bowl for one minute, stir to completely melt chocolate. Set aside.
Next, crush up Oreos and line the bottom of a pie pan - I used a deep dish pie pan
Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in whipped topping. Place 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Mixture in the bowl with melted white chocolate. Gently stir.
- Spread the white chocolate mixture over the chopped Oreos. The remaining whipped topping mixture goes over the white chocolate mixture.Top with remaining Oreos.
Pop it in the freezer at least two hours and Voila- finished product! I think next time I am going to mix the Oreos into the filling as well. It was still delicious!
